    Hard to believe how fast two years has gone by.  Ben is so big (literally!) and just seems to keep getting bigger and bigger.  And smarter and smarter.  The things this kid comes up with!  He is such a riot!!  About the only thing that hasn’t changed in two years is that he’s still as cute as can be and just as photogenic as he was as an infant.  That, of course, is now entirely dependent on whether he LETS you take his picture.  For now falls upon us the “Noooo” stage.  He used to say “uh-huh” to everthing (and I mean EVERYTHING!).  Now, almost without fail, his first response to everything is a head shaking no with a vocal ”uh-uh”, or a flat out “noooo!”.   Then, once he processes what the question actually was, he decides whether it’s something he actually wanted or not.  Once the wheels have stopped turning, if it was something he actually wanted, then he’ll look at you and simply utter, “uh-huh”.  All I know is this kid wears me out more than the military did!!
